Thomas Campi graduated at the Art Institute "Dosso Dossi" in Ferrara in 1995. He has worked as an illustrator and graphic artist at the advertising agency Taibi & Taibi, doing illustrations for the publishing house Zanichelli. Campi began an architecture study at the Academy of Fine Arts of Bologna, but dropped out in 1997 to become a comic artist at Bonelli publishers.
