Philippe Jarbinet

Philippe Jarbinet was born in the Belgian city of Liège, where he also attended the École Supérieure des Arts Saint-Luc. He made his first comic story in cooperation with Franz under the pseudonym Jarbo in 1992. The series, 'Sandy Eastern', was cut short after only one book due to the disappearance of its publisher Blanco. Jarbinet then tried his luck as an all-round author with Éditions Glénat, that published 'Mémoire de Cendres', his series about the dramatic epic of the Cathare people between 1995 and 2007.…Comiclopedia
