Martin B. Taras, better known as Marty Tarras, was an American cartoonist and animator. He has mainly worked for Paramount's animation division Famous Studios in New York; starting at Fleischer in the late 1930s and then working that studio's successor during the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s. He worked on shorts starring 'Little Lulu' and 'Popeye' and is generally credited with the creation of 'Baby Huey'.
