Bill Black

Bill Black is the publisher and editor of AC Comics. Graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Advertising Design he then went on to work for several advertising agencies, two educational film companies and spent several years as a media supervisor at Florida State. During this period he freelanced in the comic book industry as an inker and produced prozines on his own. Here he created many of the characters that became part of the AC Universe, such as 'Ms Victory' and the 'Femforce'.…Comiclopedia
