One of the few Italian female artists, Anna Brandoli made her debut in 1977 in Alter Alter magazine. In that magazine, she teamed up with Renato Queirolo, who became her main scenarist. Together, they launched the series 'La Strega' and the more juvenile 'Colorina' and 'Il Mago di Oz'. In 1981, Brandoli started the 'Rebecca' series in Linus. The series was later continued in Orient-Express and Comic Art. In Orient-Express, Brandoli also started 'L'Uomo'. Anna Brandoli also worked for Corto Maltese magazine and again for Comic Art, where she started the 'Cuba 42' series with writer O. De Angelis.…Comiclopedia
