David Cerqueira began a club of young comic artists in Dunkerque in 1995. He joined the Atelier Sanzot, where he did several advertising jobs from 1998 to 2000. With Jean-Luc Masbou as his scenarist, he began the series 'L'Ombre de l'Échafaud' at Delcourt in 2001. With J.P. Grislain, he writes the scenario of 'WYRD' for artist O. Bonnehon and later Olivier Ormière in Pavillon Rouge and at the publishing house Delcourt. The series eventually transferred to Panini. Cerqueira has also worked with P. Chanoinat and H. Chardot on 'Les Morsures de l'Enfer' at Panini.…Comiclopedia
