Dave Sheridan

Dave Sheridan was a U.S. underground cartoonist, best remembered as co-writer and artist on Gilbert Shelton's 'The Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers' between 1974 and 1978, and again from 1981 until 1982. As a solo artist, he created the underground comix  'Dealer McDope' (1969) and 'The Leather Nun' (1973). He was additionally notable for making a portrait of Ernie Anderson's television Ghoulardi character, which went on to have a life of its own.
