Gerry Acerno (also credited as Jerry Acerno) graduated in graphic arts from New York City Technical College. He began his career around 1982 with Marvel Comics, doing backgrounds on 'Ghost Rider' and 'Living Monolith' and ink on 'Luke Cage and Iron Fist'. He then became an inker for DC Comics. Acerno has done inking duties on titles like 'All-Star Squadron', 'Arion, Lord of Atlantis', 'Secret Origin', 'Spelljammer', 'Superman' and 'Blue Trinity', and he has also been active in art restoration in the late 1980's…Comiclopedia
