Arturo Cazeneuve was an Argentinian artist, who came to the USA to work in the comic book industry in 1939, together with his brother Louis. Working through the Eisner-Iger shop and sharing a studio with Pierce Rice and Charles Flanders, he was mainly an inker on National/DC features like 'Newsboy Legon and the Guardian', 'The Vigilante' and 'Star Spangled Kid and Stripesey' during the first half of the 1940s. He also did inking jobs for Harvey Comics and Fox Comics.
