Heritage closed a very large session with more than 900 lots sold, totaling about $3.3 million. The top result was Marc Hempel’s Sandman #69 Dream first-appearance pages at $75,000, followed by Darick Robertson’s The Boys #3 first page with Homelander and Starlight at $68,750, Larry Lieber and Joe Rubinstein’s Amazing Spider-Man #275 cover element at $60,000, Alex Raymond’s Flash Gordon Sunday dated June 10, 1934 at $57,500, and Alex Ross’s Kingdom Come #1 Superman page at $50,000. Other notable results included Erik Larsen’s Spider-Man #23 page with Ghost Rider and Hulk at $47,500, Claudio Castellini’s Cosmic Powers Unlimited #1 wraparound cover at $40,000, and Dan Goozee’s Superman IV concept poster art at $33,750.

Landry Pop Auctions sold all 53 offered lots, totaling $9,175. J.K. Woodward’s Star Trek: Defiant #16 variant cover and Star Trek: Defiant #14 variant cover each sold for $1,000, both below their listed estimates of $2,000–3,000. Woodward’s Star Trek: Year 5 #17 page 4 sold for $500, while Simon Bisley’s Hellboy illustration and Venom illustration each closed at $400.

Vermot et Associés sold 155 of 250 lots, totaling €7,992. Bonvi’s Milo Marat humorous page sold within estimate at €370, while Béatrice Tillier’s Léo Ferré page 3 sold for €200, below its €220–280 estimate. Nicolas Malfin’s Golden City illustration reached €210, Jordi Lafebre’s La Mondaine illustration sold for €200, and Batem’s Marsupilami album drawing also reached €200.

eBay was led by Joe Quesada and Jimmy Palmiotti’s Daredevil Vol. 2 #7 page 18 at $5,000, John Severin’s Two-Gun Kid #94 original art at $3,500, the Marvel Saga #18 Thor back-cover art at $3,000, and Curt Swan and Vince Colletta’s Wonder Woman #221 story page at $1,675. Mick Austin’s 2000 AD Finn painted cover for Prog 811 sold for £680, about $920 or €800.

Catawiki sold 227 of 312 listed lots, totaling €23,566. Alberto Breccia’s El Viajero original page led at €1,800, followed by John Buscema and Ernie Chan’s Savage Sword of Conan #76 page 44 at €1,010, Gil Formosa’s Lucky Luke 80th anniversary colour drawing at €900, Alex Varenne’s Erma Jaguar original page at €651, and Tanino Liberatore’s RanXerox drawing at €601.

Raremarq sold 58 of 152 auction listings, totaling $34,816. Warren Louw’s Vampirella #7 cover art led at $5,950, followed by Frank Cho’s Batman #1 Poison Ivy sketch cover at $5,000, Borja Burgueño Moreno’s Psylocke sketch cover at $3,400, and Frank Cho’s Wonder Woman and Invisible Jet sketch cover at $2,840.

Among smaller or more irregular sources, mycomicshop.com sold Jack Kirby and Frank Giacoia’s Johnny Reb strip original art for $787, Jack Kirby and Dick Ayers’ Classics Illustrated Special #162 page 81 for $461, and Tom Mandrake’s Spectre #29 page 2 for $456. The misc / divers group included several Chris Browne and Dick Hodgins Jr. Hagar the Horrible groups, led by the 17 daily strips group at $726. Mandarake sold a ClariS hand-drawn shikishi for ¥57,000, about $350 or €310, while todocoleccion recorded Jordi Longaron’s Hazañas del Oeste #78 cover drawing at €151.

eBay first: Elzie Segar’s Popeye’s Ark original art from January 7, 1936 appeared with a current bid of $6,500. The other notable eBay auction listing was Massimo Belardinelli’s 2000 AD The Dead original page, currently at £581.66, about $790 or €690.

Catawiki added a broad auction selection led by Don Lawrence’s Storm: De Wentelwereld page 2, currently at €1,502, and Milo Manara’s Red Light colour drawing, currently at €2,500. Other active listings include Marc Sleen’s Nero original page with deluxe album and Giovanni Ticci’s Tex drawing Il Giuramento, both at €1,000, plus Juan Giménez’s Black Star original page at €550.

Raremarq listed several active auction pieces, including the CAPCOM Fighting Jam official ending art for Hauzer at $5,500, Steve Dillon’s Preacher #35 page 19 at $1,800, and Brett Booth’s Flash: Future’s End pin-up at $1,690. Leirix’s preliminary sketches for Poison Ivy #42, Harley Quinn #60, and Catwoman #85 are each at $1,200.

ComicArtFans Classifieds added Tim Sale’s Batman: The Long Halloween Special #1 cover at $38,000, Burne Hogarth’s Tarzan Sunday #649 at €17,900, Todd McFarlane’s King Spawn #50 incentive sketch at $9,000, and Howard Chaykin’s Star Wars Insider #122 variant cover at €4,800.

Panel Page Art listed Mark Bagley’s Amazing Spider-Man #351 cover at $100,000 and Sal Buscema’s Spectacular Spider-Man #221 cover at $30,000. Romitaman added Dan Adkins’ Tales to Astonish #94 cover at $50,000, Neal Adams’ Incredible Hulk Aurora model kit painting at $42,000, and John Buscema and Frank Giacoia’s Thor #194 cover at $32,000.

Will’s Comic Art Page listed George Pérez’s Wonder Woman #120 cover at $31,000, Mark Brooks’ Detective Comics #995 cover painting at $21,500, John Byrne’s Chaos at the Calgary Stampede X-Men commission at $13,600, and Eduardo Barreto and Paul Neary’s Captain America #292 splash at $7,600.

Galerie Barbier added a large group of Enki Bilal drawings, headed by Graphite in Progress 3 drawing 2 at €15,000, with several J’ai croisé dans un rêve… drawings also listed, including drawing 17 at €9,000, drawing 2 at €9,000, and drawing 11 at €8,000.

Graphic Collectibles listed Frank Miller’s Sin City: The Big Fat Kill #3 page 6 at $12,000, Lynn Varley’s Elektra Lives Again painted page 9 at $8,000, and Frank Miller’s Sin City: Hell and Back #4 page 25 at $7,500. Cart Gallery listed Burne Hogarth’s Tarzan Sunday #649 at €17,900.

Galerie Napoléon listed several Carlos Nine pages from Fantagas, including page 34, page 33, and page 32, each at €5,000. Corner4art listed Luke Skywalker – Rebel X-Wing Pilot at €6,900 and Mazinger Z – Urban Icon at €4,900.

Lee Garbett added Absolute Martian Manhunter #5 variant cover and Something Is Killing the Children #1 tenth-printing variant cover, each at £3,665, about $5,000 or €4,330. Freddie E. Williams II listed The Phantom issue 5 cover at $2,000 and Phantom vs. The Singh Brotherhood cover at $1,400.

Catawiki has a large upcoming slate, with Philippe Pelet’s Les Forêts d’Opale original drawing and Giulio Chierchini’s Topolino original page among the featured lots. Other current higher bids include Ruben Pellejero’s L’Impertinence d’un été page at €800, Giovanna Casotto’s Burlesque drawing at €550, Corrado Roi’s Dylan Dog Progetto 666 drawing at €500, and William Vance’s Bob Morane page at €450.

mycomicshop.com has a smaller auction group, led for now by Joshua Cassara’s X-Force #3 page 3 at $185 and Ron Randall and Art Thibert’s Doom Patrol #20 page 2 at $110. The misc / divers calendar includes Milton Caniff’s Steve Canyon comic drawings at $40, an Edgar Martian Boots comic art lot at $35, and several Peter Maddocks Four D. Jones strip groups at $30 each.
