Heritage presented a major session with over 350 lots and a 100% sell-through rate. Notable results included John Byrne and Gene Day’s Amazing Spider-Man #206 page at $5,500, John Byrne’s Fantastic Four #248 splash at $3,875, and Mark Texeira’s Sabretooth #2 page at $3,500. Collector favorites such as John Byrne’s Spider-Man page and John Buscema’s Conan strip also performed well. The auction featured a wide range of classic and modern American comic art, with strong showings for strip art and superhero pages.
Little Nemo offered 157 lots with a 58% sell-through rate. The top sale was Floyd Gottfredson’s Mickey Mouse daily at €11,000, followed by Angelo Bioletto’s Topolino page at €7,600 and another Topolino page at €7,400. Magnus & Romanini’s Tex page sold for €4,300, and Romano Scarpa’s Topolino page reached €4,000. Disney and Italian classic pages were well represented among the top results.
Excalibur Auctions featured a focused sale of nine British comic art lots, all sold. The highlight was the Action #1 original cover art at £5,000, and Ramon Sola’s Hookjaw splash page at £3,800.
On eBay, the highest sales included a Todd McFarlane Gunslinger Spawn #50 sketch at $6,934, a Segar Popeye 1933 strip at $5,600, and Invincible #68 original art at $3,350. Other notable results were Mike Deodato Jr. Elektra splash at €605 and JLA cover by Porter & Dell at $2,000.
Catawiki saw a top result with Ken Tsukikage’s Oiran on Fire page at €1,200, Roi’s Dylan Dog drawing at €1,000, and Paolo Eleuteri Serpieri’s L’indiana Bianca page at €720. Several featured lots did not meet reserve.
Raremarq recorded sales for Stanley Artgerm Lau’s Supergirl cover at $2,570, Homare’s Rogue at $2,322, and Santa Fung’s Poison Ivy at $2,308. Other sales included Leirix’s Absolute Wonder Woman & Batman covers at $2,020 and Chris Ng’s Emma Frost at $1,320.
Other auction houses and marketplaces, including mycomicshop.com and Mandarake (Everyday), saw smaller volumes and lower prices, with most lots under $100.
eBay added a wide range of new listings, including a Todd McFarlane Spider-Man sketch (active auction, $1,225 current bid), a Swamp Thing #31 cover mechanical by Bissette (active, $499.95), and a Dave Cockrum Wolverine sketch (active, $799). Other highlights are a Vampirella #684 cover by Celina (active, $672), a Bloodshot #27 cover (active, $315), and a Baby Huey coloring book cover by Kremer (active, $310). The selection covers both vintage and modern original art, with several active auctions on key superhero and strip properties.
Catawiki features several notable active auctions: Marc Wasterlain’s Docteur Poche page (current bid €1,550), Jidehem’s Ginger page (€1,400), Frank Le Gall’s Théodore Poussin page (€1,250), and Alberto Breccia’s El Cirque Tragico page (€1,000). Other featured lots include Fred Beltran’s Megalex page (€600), Will Eisner’s Invisible People sketch (€340), and Antonio Lapone’s Only You! drawing (€111). Other highlights are a Spawn cover challenge by Dan Neidlinger (active, $1,750), a Fellowship painting by Dan Neidlinger (active, $1,500), and a Justice League #41 Big Barda sketch cover by Elias Chatzoudis (active, $1,250). The platform continues to offer a mix of contemporary and classic characters, with a focus on high-quality sketch covers and original paintings.
Mandarake (Big Web) launched a major auction with more than 190 items, including several high-profile lots: Akira Toriyama’s hand-drawn Dragon Ball shikishi (Son Gohan) (current bid ¥10,100,000), Akira Toriyama’s Son Goku shikishi (¥2,000,000), Osamu Tezuka’s Piron no Himitsu manuscript (¥250,000), and Leiji Matsumoto’s Hanasaku Hoshi illustration (¥360,000). Other featured lots include Monkey Punch’s color illustration (¥455,000) and Kazuo Umezu’s Hito-kobu Shōjo manuscript (¥250,000). The auction features original art from many of Japan’s most celebrated manga creators.
BDEnchères opened a new auction with nearly 300 lots, including featured items such as Jacques Tardi’s Nestor Burma illustration (current bid €4,000), Bruno Gazzotti’s Soda page (€4,000), and Paul Deliège’s Les Krostons cover (€3,000). Other high-value lots include Luis Royo’s Lanciostory #43 cover (€4,800) and several Hergé Tintin illustrations (each at €4,000). The sale features a strong selection of Franco-Belgian and European original art.
Vermot et Associés announced an upcoming auction with over 350 lots, including featured items such as Matthieu Bonhomme’s Le Marquis d’Anaon page (estimate €1,000–1,400), Raymond Macherot’s Sibylline page (estimate €1,000–1,500), and Ralph Meyer’s Asgard page (estimate €1,500–1,800).
Dealers such as Panel Page Art, Romitaman, Will’s Comic Art Page, Daniel Maghen, and others listed a variety of new fixed-price items, with several high-end American superhero pages and European originals. Most other dealers added a handful of new items, generally under $1,000 or €1,000.

Moebius, Spider-Man, Mike Mignola, John Byrne, and Batman occupy the top positions in this week’s rankings. Frank Miller, Milo Manara, Frank Frazetta, Jim Lee, and Art Adams also remain highly ranked. Among characters and series, The X-Men, Superman, Hulk, and Daredevil are prominent.
This week, Philippe Dupuy and Playboy made the most notable gains, each rising several hundred places in the rankings compared to the previous week. Aquaman, Manchu, and XIII also showed significant upward movement.
