Nate Sanders offered a focused selection of original comic art, with Charles Schulz’s 1965 Peanuts strip featuring Charlie Brown and Sally selling for $33,275, and another Peanuts strip with Snoopy and Woodstock at $27,500. A Snoopy sketch realized $2,250, while a group of Al Capp signed contracts sold for $125. The auction included several unsold Schulz artworks and artist proofs by Al Capp.
Heritage presented over 300 lots, with P. Craig Russell’s Sandman #50 page selling for $13,750 and a Dave McKean Violent Cases page at $4,500. Other notable results included Jack Kirby’s Gunsmoke Western page at $4,250, George Wilson’s Korak cover at $3,750, and Hank Ketcham’s Dennis the Menace strip at $3,500. The auction featured a wide range of American comic strip and superhero art, with strong sell-through and a median price of $275.
Russ Cochran held a smaller session, with a Bill Elder Mad Magazine color guide and a Harvey Kurtzman Mad Magazine color guide each selling for $1,140. Several EC Comics production materials and classic strip proofs also found buyers, with most lots closing below $300.
Fauve Paris offered two lots, with a group of Siné drawings selling for €923. The Enki Bilal Androïde drawing did not meet its reserve.
mycomicshop.com sold a selection of sketches and small original pieces, with the highest result at $86 for a Neil King Mad Thinker and Awesome Android sketch.
On eBay, a Steve Rude Nexus painting sold for C$4,750 (about $3,520 or €2,940), and a Fournier Spirou page reached €2,742. Other highlights included a Gary Frank Geiger cover at $1,775 and a Steve Rude Nexus pastel at C$1,725.
On Catawiki, a Bilal original drawing sold for €3,215, a Laurent Vicomte Sasmira page for €2,405, and a Marc Sleen Nero page for €1,725. Additional sales included a Yoann Marsupilami drawing at €385 and a Raymond Macherot Mirliton page at €361.
Other auction houses and marketplaces reported mostly minor results, with a few sales in the $100–$300 range.
Urania Casa d'Aste listed a Silver Lupo Alberto #452 cover (current bid €2,500), a Zerocalcare Enciclopaedia Calcarea piece (current bid €500), and several Tex and Dylan Dog original pages. The auction features a range of Italian comic art, with several lots already attracting bids.
Heritage added a Mark Brooks Spider-Man painting (current bid $512.5), a Travis Charest WildC.A.T.s page (current bid $450), and a John Byrne Amazing Spider-Man page (current bid $412.5). The selection includes both superhero and independent comic art.
Ewbank’s listed a G.I. Joe A Real American Hero page by S.L. Gallant (current bid £20) and a Kev Hopgood War Machine artwork (current bid £15).
ComicConnect has upcoming lots including a Riccardo Federici Aquaman double page and a Al Williamson Secret Agent Corrigan strip, both with opening bids at $1.
Septimus announced a Jidéhem Sophie original page (estimate €2,000–2,500), a Mandryka Le Concombre Masqué page (estimate €1,700–2,000), and a Ralph Meyer Undertaker page (estimate €8,000–10,000) for its upcoming sale.
Among dealers, Romitaman listed a Jim Mooney/John Romita Sr. Amazing Spider-Man page at $38,000 and a John Romita Sr. Marvel Team-Up cover at $35,000. Nostalgic Investments added a Jack Kirby Captain America and Falcon double spread at $95,000 and a Charles Schulz Red Baron Woodstock color piece at $14,000.
Will’s Comic Art Page listed an Incredible Hulk #361 cover by Bob McLeod and Jeff Purves at $48,000 and a Jim Cheung Infinity #1 splash at $8,500.
El Arte Del Comic added a Jean Giraud Arizona Love poster at €19,000 and a Moebius Dune piece (reserve not met).
On eBay, at least eight new notable items include a Steve Dillon Preacher original art (current bid $2,225), a James O’Barr Crow painting (current bid $455), a Gary Frank Geiger page (current bid $382), a Walter Simonson Thor drawing (current bid $380), a Jae Lee Fantastic Four double page (current bid $325), a Gary Frank Geiger page (current bid $315), a Brett Booth Wolverine page (current bid C$310), and a Jim Aparo Brave & Bold page (current bid $270).
On Catawiki, at least five new featured items are active: a Magnus Kriminal page (current bid €950), a Alberto Breccia El Circo Tragico page (current bid €600), a Mathieu Lauffray Long John Silver page (current bid €500), a Gipi Stella page (current bid €411), and a Giuseppe Candita Diabolik drawing (current bid €360).
Other dealers and galleries listed a handful of new items, mostly under $1,000, with a focus on European and independent comic art.

Dr Manhattan, Moebius, Mike Mignola, Spider-Man, and John Byrne occupy the top positions in this week’s rankings. Sibylline and Robin Riggs also appear in the top 10, with Milo Manara and Batman remaining collector favorites.
This week, Robin Riggs made the most notable gain, rising from position 2,868 to 8. Hunter-Killer, Sibylline, Fathom, Mister Fantastic, and Dr Manhattan also showed significant upward movement in the rankings compared to last week.
