Heritage held a major auction with over 1,000 lots and a 99.8% sell-through rate, totaling more than $2.5 million. The top result was Philippe Druillet’s Métal Hurlant #2 cover at $162,500. Other headline sales included Jean Giraud (Moebius)’s Cristal Saga illustration for $93,750, Frank Miller’s Elektra Lives Again page at $75,000, and Juanjo Guarnido’s Blacksad Integral cover at $52,500. Notable results also came from Frank Miller’s Elektra Lives Again page 2 ($51,250), Moebius’s Le Bandard Fou page ($43,750), and José ‘Pepe’ González’s Vampirella #19 complete story ($30,000).
Everard Auctions and Appraisals reported a standout result with Charles Schulz’s Peanuts Sunday strip from 1967, which sold for $48,000, well above its $20,000–30,000 estimate.
Russ Cochran offered a mid-tier session with a mix of EC Comics silver prints and original art. The top sale was a Wally Wood Haunt of Fear #19 complete story at $1,020. Several lots did not meet reserve.
mycomicshop.com had a minor result with a Batman and Carrie Kelly vs. The Joker sketch by Ron Williams selling for $56.
Catawiki featured a selection of European and American originals. The highest sale was Juan Giménez’s Yo, Dragón page at €3,500, followed by Marco Rota’s Zio Paperone cover at €2,600 and a Moebius drawing at €2,000. Other notable results included Sal Buscema’s Peter Parker page (€866) and a Frazetta tribute by Martin RR at €800.
eBay saw a top sale with a Budd Root Vampirella original at $3,750. Other featured results included a Gabriele Dell’Otto Daredevil pin-up at $1,675, a Jimmy Cheung Spiderwoman page at $1,392, and a Frank Springer Nick Fury page at $756.
Other auction houses and marketplaces reported minor results, with a few sales in the low hundreds and several unsold lots.
Will’s Comic Art Page added several high-end fixed-price listings, including a Green Lantern #74 cover by Gil Kane ($45,000), a Batman #326 cover by Jim Aparo ($22,000), and a Ghost Rider #93 cover by Javier Saltares ($12,950). Other notable additions include a Wizard Magazine #154 painted cover by Mike Mayhew ($8,000) and a X-Men: Legends #10 cover by Dan Jurgens and Scott Hanna ($7,500).
Philippe Labaune Gallery listed a New Yorker cover by Lorenzo Mattotti for $19,000, along with several Mattotti illustrations and paintings in the $5,000–8,000 range.
Romitaman added a Daredevil #40 splash by Gene Colan and John Tartaglione ($20,000) and a Jack Kirby Hulk pin-up ($18,000), as well as several Jack Kirby and Sal Buscema Hulk pages and a Giant-Size Fantastic Four #3 page by George Pérez and Rich Buckler ($4,000).
Felix Comic Art listed a Batman #1 cover by Nick Dragotta ($20,000), a Deadpool/Batman #1 cover by Ryan Stegman ($15,000), and several Daniel Warren Johnson covers and pages in the $8,000–10,000 range.
Panel Page Art added a Fantastic Four vs. Super Skrull commission by John Byrne ($12,000), a Venom #1 variant cover by Stephen Platt ($12,000), and a X-Factor #50 unpublished cover by Walter Simonson and Jon Bogdanove ($10,000).
Philippe Francq’s Largo Winch cover and Mike Mignola’s Hellboy Universe Essentials cover were among the trending fixed-price listings at other dealers.
eBay featured at least eight new notable listings, including a Jim Aparo Adventure Comics #443 page (current bid $530), a Gary Frank Geiger page ($233.50), a Chris Bachalo Shade the Changing Man page ($215.50), a Frank Miller GI Joe sketch ($320), a Toshio Maeda manga page ($315), a Amazing Spider-Man original ($301), a Wizard of Id Sunday strip ($251.50), and a Ninja Witch Marissa Pope cover ($199.99).
Catawiki currently offers at least five featured lots, including a Jacovitti Panoramica page (current bid €700), a Balzano Birago Zora cover (€600), a Dany Olivier Rameau drawing (€360), a Milazzo Ken Parker page (€250), and a Lee Bermejo Joker drawing set (€240). Additional highlights include a Will Eisner sketch page (€220), a Mazel Câline et Calebasse page (€120), and a Comolo Galactus vs. Eternity drawing (€115).
Other dealers and galleries, such as Daniel Maghen, Huberty Breyne, and Galerie 9ème Art, listed a variety of new European originals, with several covers and pages from trending series and artists.
Dealers with only a few minor new items this week include Artcoholics, Origin Of Comics, and Taj Mahal Cómics.

This week, Rob Haynes made the most notable gain, rising over 3,500 places in the rankings. Other significant upward moves were seen for Alan Kupperberg, Alfred Andriola, Sherlock Holmes, and Rantanplan.
